Welcome to tlc art & alchemy. These Terms & Conditions explain the policies that apply when you book a service, purchase a recorded class or digital product, or use this website.

By purchasing a product or booking a paid service, you agree to the applicable terms described below.

1. Alchemy Services

Nature of services

My Alchemy services are intended to support personal exploration, self-awareness, fresh perspectives, and the discovery of new possibilities.

Sessions may draw on intuition, Human Design, oracle cards, flower essences, or other approaches depending on the service and individual circumstances.

These services are not medical or mental health treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, and my services are not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.

Booking and payment

Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for paid individual sessions. Free Discovery Calls do not require payment.

Appointment availability, duration, and pricing are displayed when booking.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an individual appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, are generally nonrefundable.

I understand that unexpected circumstances arise and may make exceptions at my discretion.

If I need to cancel a session, you'll be offered a choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund for that appointment.

Ongoing Alchemy packages

Ongoing Alchemy packages may be purchased in full or, when available, through an individually arranged payment plan.

The number of sessions, payment schedule, and any package-specific cancellation or refund conditions will be provided and agreed upon before purchase.

For installment arrangements, sessions are made available as the corresponding payments are received. Additional sessions may be suspended if a scheduled payment is not made.

Refunds or adjustments for unused sessions will follow the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.

2. Recorded Illustration Classes & Digital Products

Purchases and access

Recorded illustration classes and related materials are delivered digitally.

Following purchase, you'll receive access instructions for the class videos and available downloadable materials. Some materials may be hosted or delivered through third-party platforms.

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and the software or equipment needed to view the materials.

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact me so I can help resolve the problem.

Refunds

Because access to recorded classes and digital materials is provided after purchase, these purchases are generally nonrefundable once access has been delivered.

Exceptions may be made for duplicate purchases, technical problems that cannot reasonably be resolved, or where required by applicable law.

Personal use and copyright

Unless otherwise stated, your purchase grants you access to the class and its materials for your own personal learning.

Class recordings, handouts, presentations, illustrations, and other original materials remain the intellectual property of Tara Larsen Chang / tlc art & alchemy or their respective rights holders.

You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or share purchased class recordings or materials with others without permission.

You are welcome to use what you learn to create your own original artwork.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout or booking.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout where required.

Prices and offerings may change over time, but changes will not alter the price of a purchase already completed.

4. Website Content

The writing, illustrations, photographs, designs, and other original content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may share links to the website, but please request permission before reproducing or commercially using original artwork, writing, class materials, or other protected content.

5. Results and Personal Responsibility

Everyone approaches learning and personal exploration differently. I do not promise specific personal, professional, creative, or financial outcomes from my services or classes.

Your experiences, interpretations, and decisions remain your own.

Nothing on this website should be understood as a guarantee of particular results.

6. Third-Party Services

This website uses third-party services for scheduling, payment processing, email delivery, digital downloads, and embedded media.

These providers may have their own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of services operated by third parties, but I'll make reasonable efforts to help resolve problems affecting purchases or bookings.

7. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions as my offerings or business practices change.

The current version will be available on this website. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an already completed purchase or booking.
